I confess, I'm not feeling avant-garde. Today, I simply yearn to invest in the treasures of tomorrow.

Gemstones (like colors) are highly subjective, so when this Nigerian Mint Tourmaline was placed in my hand, I knew she was mine.  Within moments, this tourmaline whispers to me in a persuasive, blue-green language depicting a vivid scheme of how her story begins.  Swept up in this eloquent narrative, I envisioned many a woman becoming utterly lost in conversation with this stone. 

Having instantly proclaimed ownership, I later endorsed travel with her creator, Jean-Noel Soni, for the last time, to accompany him on the remainder of his East Coast tour.  But, once she was back in my possession, I swiftly set her design into motion, knowing that a gemstone of her caliber demanded a simple setting to make her power known.  Designing a classic, iconic-style bezel ring in lustrous 22K yellow gold was the only answer and I am in complete wonderment of her new life form.  Presently, her journey continues as she awaits the fortuitous finger her new home provides.
